Minutes - July 14, 2010 By: Amy Asher, Deputy Judge/Executive & Fiscal Court Clerk Submitted: 7/14/2010 Mason County Fiscal Court Special Session July 14, 2010 11:30 a.m. The meeting was called to Order by Judge/Executive James L. “Buddy” Gallenstein. Present were Commissioner Donald Tumey (District 3), Commissioner F. J. “Bear” Finn (District 2), Commissioner Patrick McKay IV (District 1), and County Treasurer Kim Muse. Media from The Ledger Independent and WFTM were notified but were not in attendance. Motion was made by Commissioner Finn and seconded by Commissioner McKay to authorize payment of $15,000.00 to R & J Welding as the 1st payment draw for the replacement of the Davis Lane Bridge. Commissioner Tumey - Yes Commissioner Finn - Yes Commissioner McKay - Yes Judge/Executive Gallenstein - Yes There being no further business, motion was made by Commissioner Finn and seconded by Commissioner McKay to adjourn the July 14, 2010 special meeting of the Mason County Fiscal Court.
