Minutes - September 3, 2009 By: Amy Asher, Deputy Judge/Executive & Fiscal Court Clerk Submitted: 9/3/2009 Mason County Fiscal Court Special Session September 3, 2009 4:00 p.m. The meeting was called to Order by Judge/Executive James L. “Buddy” Gallenstein. Present were Commissioner Donald Tumey (District 3), Commissioner Patrick McKay IV (District 1), County Treasurer Kim Muse, and County Attorney, John Estill. 2009 – 2010 Tax Rates (Amended) / Resolution 09-17 Motion by Commissioner McKay and seconded by Commissioner Tumey to approve Resolution 09-17 (amending Resolution 09-16) relating to the levy and adoption of tax rates for Mason County and the approval and/or acceptance of tax rates for special districts and other taxing districts. Commissioner Tumey - Yes Commissioner Finn - Absent Commissioner McKay - Yes Judge/Executive Gallenstein - Yes There being no further business, motion was made by Commissioner McKay and seconded by Commissioner Tumey to adjourn the September 3, 2009 special meeting of the Mason County Fiscal Court.
